- Being active in sales endeavors for mutual growth
- Attending annual conferences of the alliance to ensure the activeness of members within the organization
- Respecting other members’ existing customer bases and refraining from back-selling
- Always reflecting the true cost of all rates quoted from Member to Member for common markup and profit-sharing. (Overcharging is considered unethical within the network, and Magenta Logistics Networks reserves the right to expel members using unethical practices.)
- Providing bona fide sales leads when possible
- Properly staffing for the highest level of service
- Operating in accordance with all stated shipping advice
- Always promptly responding to all communications (standard: within 24 hours)
- Quoting rates in full detail promptly
- Sharing freight profits 50/50, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
