Relive the highlights of the CLN 22nd Annual Partnership Meeting in vibrant Bangkok, Thailand! In collaboration with Northstar Forwarders Alliance and Magenta Logistics Network, the event brought together 312 freight forwarders representing over 60 countries, a truly global celebration of connection and collaboration!
We teed off the CLN Conference with an unforgettable start at the Fellowship Golf Game, set against the scenic greens of Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort, Kuala Lumpur!
A huge congratulations to our Champion Team—Alvin Ling (Worldlink International Network Sdn Bhd), Jinsoon Kim (AGL Co., Ltd.), Samir Asaad (Florida Trade Consolidators), and Oliver Marbach (Nova Traffic AG), for delivering a winning performance right from the first swing.
From powerful drives to precision putts, these gentlemen truly brought their A-game—setting the tone for a week of strong connections, friendly competition, and partnerships in motion.
The CLN Networks Annual Partnership Meeting officially kicked off with a dynamic lineup of activities designed to bring the global community together. The energy began at the Registration Pre-Party & Free-Flow Beer, where delegates had their first chance to reconnect, unwind, and ease into the week in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
It then carried into the CLN Cocktail Reception, where the World Cup-themed evening brought a fun, vibrant twist, uniting delegates from around the world in celebration, conversation, and shared excitement. A strong and inspiring start to a week built on partnerships, learning, and global collaboration.
Day 2 brought together powerful insights and meaningful exchanges, from inspiring Welcome Remarks by FIATA President Dr. Thomas Sim and strategic updates from the CLN Director, Nils Walle, to forward-looking discussions on AI led by Valeriya Pilkevich and keynote speaker Jeremiah Su.
The day was enriched with interactive moments like the Community Open Mic & Collaboration Shoutout, engaging Sponsor Presentations, and a thought-provoking panel on specialized logistics. A key highlight was the Awarding Ceremony, featuring the prestigious Directors Award and Loyalty Awards, recognizing excellence, commitment, and long-standing partnerships within the network.
Delegates also enjoyed networking opportunities during the coffee break and capped it off with the official CLN Group Photo
Beyond the sessions and presentations, the Face-to-Face Meetings created a powerful space for delegates to sit down, connect directly, and explore real business opportunities with partners from across the globe.
Every handshake, every introduction, and every conversation carried the potential to grow into something bigger. From strengthening existing relationships to building new strategic partnerships, delegates maximized every meeting slot, sharing insights, discussing trade lanes, and unlocking possibilities that go far beyond the event itself.
The journey began with a compelling keynote, “The Impact of AI on B2B Business” by Jeremiah Su, delivered during the Morning Plenary. The session explored how digital transformation is reshaping global operations, equipping delegates with fresh perspectives on leveraging AI to stay competitive in an evolving industry.
Building on these insights, delegates engaged in a 2-Day Practical AI Workshop led by Valeriya Pilkevich, where theory turned into action. From integrating AI into company culture to creating their very first “Digital Co-worker,” participants gained practical tools to enhance efficiency, productivity, and long-term growth. More than just a learning experience, the AI series empowered forwarders to rethink the way they operate, proving that innovation is no longer optional, but essential.
A future-ready mindset starts here.
From energizing mornings to mindful moments, the Instagram Walking Tour, Yoga, and Sunrise Tai Chi offered delegates a refreshing way to experience Kuala Lumpur beyond the meeting rooms. As the city slowly came to life, these activities created space to recharge, reconnect, and embrace a sense of balance, blending movement, mindfulness, and exploration in a truly uplifting setting.
Whether capturing scenic spots around the city, flowing through a calming yoga session, or starting the day with peaceful Tai Chi, each experience brought a renewed energy that carried throughout the conference.
More than just activities, these moments reflected our commitment to delegate wellness because strong partnerships don’t just grow through business, but through shared experiences that nurture both mind and body.
Perched high above the Kuala Lumpur skyline, the Sunset Cocktail at Mesa on 51 offered delegates an unforgettable evening where business met breathtaking views. As the city transitioned from golden hour to a sea of lights, the atmosphere set the perfect tone for meaningful conversations in a relaxed and elevated setting. The combination of a stunning venue, vibrant energy, and a global community created an experience that was both inspiring and memorable.
Laughter, shared stories, and genuine connections filled the evening, reminding everyone that some of the strongest partnerships are built not just in meeting rooms, but in moments like these. More than just a cocktail event, it was a celebration of connection, collaboration, and the global spirit that defines the CLN community!
