Effective Logistics Sdn Bhd (ELSB) is a subsidiary company of Vertex Mission Holdings Sdn Bhd. ELSB was incorporated on Oct 2007 and principally involved in freighting services (Sea & Air) with only three employees. Along the way the number of customer increased, and more services are requested from customer. The company then expanded to offers more services in various areas of logistic need. We grow from just a simple freight forwarded to customs broker and today we are multimodal transport operator and we are moving toward total logistics provider

In Year 2012 we successfully ventured into Jomaju Sdn Bhd(JMJ) by acquire 100% equity in the company. JMJ is a company that granted with customs broker license which allow us to provide customs clearance for both import & export cargo services to our client.

Jomaju Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1992, it is a well developed forwarding agent in Port Klang for almost 20 year. It has a strong team of staff with more than 20 years experiences in the industries

Effective Logistic successfully became a member of SFFLA in 2011. This enables us to explore the latest news and development trend on global logistics industry.

In 2012, we issue our own House Bill Of Lading with insurance cover of B/L INSURANCE, BAILEE & WAREHOUSEMEN LEGAL LIABILITY, and THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE that covers and protects our principal activities and operation for the interest of our client. We also place investment on expenditure for our logistics system, to further improve our services process. We implement an auto update status system that will automatically send out email update regarding the status of the cargo to our respective client.

Client will received an update regarding their orders via email instead of accessing into our system to check the status. We believe this new service feature will benefit our customer as it will reduce the worries and hassle in finding out their order status. Besides that, our sister company (Vertex Mission Sdn Bhd), which provides container haulage services that owned 70 unit of prime mover, more than 200 unit of trailer, 15 units of side loader and 15 units of tipper trailer, that can fully support us to provide total logistics – freight, forwarding & Haulage to our client.
