Compass Logistics is pleased to announce our new Vice President of Sales Melissa Flores. Melissa has an extensive logistics background working as Director of Business Development for UPS in freight forwarding and contract logistics, and most recently as a Senior Account Executive for AIT Worldwide. She has also worked as a Program Manager for Lockheed Martin and Howmet Corporation, and managed her own consulting business helping organizations develop, market and grow their businesses.

Melissa’s focus will be to develop valuable partnerships with agents and customers around the globe offering end-to-end solutions and building a sales team that shares her passion for supply chain solutions. She is a Management and International Business major from Penn State University studying abroad in The Netherlands and Argentina. She is actively involved with several women’s leadership organizations, and enjoys golfing, hiking, coaching girls basketball and spending time with her family.

We look forward to working closely with your teams and offering a world-class customer service experience.
