Around a hundred of freight forwarders worldwide visited CLN booth at its latest exhibition at Transport Logistic, one of the world's leading  trade fair for logistics. The 4-day  event was held at the captivating city of Munich in Germany.

Represented by Christian Raeuber and I, our CLN booth located at Hall A4 Stand 110 garnered a lot of visits including its CLN members Gordon Bohnen of Calenberg Oversea Logistics GmbH & Co. During the event, Chris and I have met around a hundred forwarders from across the globe which some of them expressed interest to be a part of us. We have invited them to our CLN Exclusive Dinner including our CLN members at Augustiner Klosterwirt GmbH on the evening of the 2nd day of the event.

LEOPROEX INFORMATION: Prior notice of Docker’s strike in Spain.

 

Dockers’ strike on 24th, 26th, 29th, 31st May and 2nd, 5th, 7th, 9th June.


Dockers labor unions such as Coordinadora del Mar, UGT, CCOO, Confederación Intersindical Galega and CGT have organized strikes for May after the new unilateral legislative decree. Find below the days and hours established for the strikes:

 

Days 24th, 26th, 29th, 31st May and 2nd, 5th, 7th, 9th June. From 9 to 10, from 11 to 12, from 13 to 14, from 15 to 16, from 17 to 18, from 19 to 20, from 21 to 22, from 23 to 24, from 1 to 2, from 3 to 4, from 5 to 6 and from 7 to 8 hours.

 

Terminals will take some measures to reduce the impact of these strikes. They will not accept containers earlier than seven or five working days from the start of the scheduled vessel’s operations and not later than 6 hours prior to the start of the scheduled operations of the vessel.

 

Vessel’s scale at Spanish ports could be modified or cancelled.
